How it works

  1. 1You reservePick a pack or the pieces you want and send the form. It takes two minutes and commits you to nothing yet.
  2. 2We hold your spotWe confirm within two working days that the spot is free, and we send the invoice with the transfer details. The spot is held for seven days.
  3. 3You transferPayment by bank transfer. The spot is yours the day the transfer lands, and we send the numbered tag and the map of the concourse.
  4. 4You show upBring your rollup to the welcome desk when you arrive. We place it on your spot and it stays there for the days you booked.

The rules

  • Rollups measure up to 100 x 220 cm, stand on their own base, and nothing is fixed to the walls or the floor. Palexpo rules, not ours.
  • Drop it at the welcome desk and we will place it for you.
  • Every authorised rollup carries a numbered BGF tag. Material without a tag is removed by our staff, without exception.
  • We can decline material that clashes with an official partner category, and we say so before invoicing.
